Miners Saloon in Cooke City

Actually had a pizza, which, coming from NY might be considered a fatal decision, but the pizza was good, beer was cold.Service was a bit abrasive, but in the end it all works out.

Really good food. I was comfortable taking my 9 year old granddaughter there, and she loved the pizza. I don't remember the name of the sandwich I had but it was vegetarian and had some spedial roasted red peppers on it. Delicious!

I've had a few things from their menu but the burger stands out the most. Easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. I highly recommend going here! Great atmosphere and great food!

The meatball hoagie and fries were really good The meatballs were homemade the fries for fresh cut The only problem was the music was so loud everyone was yelling at each other the whole time.

I think this is 'the place' to be in Cooke City. Seems to be where the locals stop, and when I was there the bartender and food service was top notch.

Great place!!I used to work there as a cook back in 2008..Raz is a very good man, I remember his steaks and pizzas!! Yummy!!! Yeah, guys, if you remember Olga , it is me :) saying Hi to all of you( Raz,Amy, Nennet,Brian,Kenny...))I left the USA in 2009, maybe one day will come to Cooke city to visit you guys!

Very clean and great service. Good prices and great beers. We ordered the Tree Hugger pizza and it was AMAZING.

A 3.5 is really more accurate. Staff was friendly. Pizza and burger were OK. The Sallon was heartily recommended, but not so sure it deserves that. I'd recommend checking menus at other nearby places too.

Great pizza and burgers and a nice selection of microbrews. Cash only business. ATM inside. Nice place for groups, they've got a pool table, Foosball table, darts and gambling games. No cell service for miles around, it's great!

Was in the area on vacation. Walked in to get a pizza to go, but the gal at the door would not let my husband talk. All she could say was “you need to be wearing a mask”, Which didn’t make sense because every one in the building with the exception of staff was sitting at tables not wearing any. After 3 attempts to order a pizza and her interrupting, he gave up and left. Really sad, horrible customer service!

Cool little bar and grill. Good service and a neat atmosphere. Burger had too much cheese on it (never knew that was possible, apparently it is with American cheese) but great fries and beer.

Visited twice during a short stay in Cooke City. Really enjoyed the pizza & wings. We also tried a burger which was great. Friendly bartenders and a nice selection of beer. Definitely make time to visit when you’re in town or just driving through! *cash only*

Great pizza good looking place

Unique old bar in a small town. Atmosphere was different, as it also housed a casino. Food was typical bar food, but good. Did have a good craft beer selection. Inexpensive, but a very limited menu.

I'm not from Montana. I'm not even from the US. But as a foreigner, this is exactly how I imagined a true country side saloon.Had the Buffalo Burger and some Amber Ales and it was absolutely delicious. My girlfriend tried one of their pizzas (which were actually recommended to us by a local friend of ours) and she loved it!

Visiting Cooke City since we're driving on Lamar Valley, and it is at the very end of the road. This is the only place that's open on Sunday noon. We're amused by the board of negative reviews outside their restroom. The service was more than adequate and the burger (had the buffalo) was tasty. Price wasn't bad considering how isolated this place is in winter. Would definitely come again if I'm in Cooke City.

Very nice and clear restaurant with nice service. Prices are raisonnable, pizza and beer very tasty.
